Installing Win 98 on an XP System

Hi Friends !
I hope all is well and great !
My Name is Kush and I'm from India.
Friends, I want to install Windows 98 SE on my Windows XP System. I have a Bootable Win 98 CD so booting is not a problem. Win Xp is installed on my C drive and I have emptied and formated the D Drive for my Win 98 Installation.
When I run the following line - G:\Win98>SETUP, the Win 98 Installation starts but is not asking me where I would like to install the Windows 98. I want to install it in my D drive.
Kindly guide me how can I run the setup such that it installs 98 on my D Drive and does not affect the C Drive (Where XP is)

Please help me Friends...
Thanks and Regards

If it is not asking you where to install, that means it has not detected any drives?

Win98 is compatible with up to FAT32 only, NTFS is not compatible. So make sure the partitions are formatted as FAT32
