At 4N 31W is a small island, can only be accesseed by flying carpet.
On this island, next to some plant/weed is a locked chest. Chest can be open via lockpick/skeleton key. Inside the chest is a posion dagger and a magic leggings.

Well, did you know there is an invisable ring in one of the Emps Houses?
I think in the leader of the Emps.
